      Really? Talk me through it. What browser you have etc. You should be able to click on the link and it opens as a PDF. Then you just click save.

      Again, I’d love to help but I don’t really have any detail from either of you to replicate. It works in IE & Chrome no problem, there can be a slight problem with the new Firefox. If the window is blank hit refresh.
      If this still doesn’t work can you tell me what you’re doing i.e. In browser X, you click Link Y, and then you see Z
