Our moderators are the eyes and ears of our clients’ Communities and Social Media channels. They perform a vital role in protecting the brands we work for and the users of their Social spaces. They edit, remove and escalate user generated content which is deemed offensive, illegal or otherwise unacceptable in accordance with moderation guidelines. This can include working with comments, photos and videos.
