We’re looking for English Engagement Moderators with a passion for the Beauty Sector to cover Saturday or Sunday 9.30am – 6pm.
Our Engagement Moderators work as part of a team to be the voice of the brand on our client’s social channels. They have the responsibility of bringing the brand to life and maintaining a consistent tone of voice. The role is integral to driving conversations and providing customer service response management, as well as creating a positive online environment and enjoyable user experience.
We want to hear from people who have experience and confidence across a range of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+ YouTube, Pinterest and Tumblr). Strong knowledge of Twitter engagement in particular is essential. An interest and knowledge of the beauty industry would also be an advantage.
