This moderation role involves monitoring user-generated content from children on our client’s websites, forums and social media profiles, editing and removing any content that breaches our moderation guidelines where necessary. The provision of feedback and reporting on user comments and behaviour may be relevant to some projects depending on the client’s requirements.
The role will require you to work as part of a rota system, for a minimum of 7 hours per day for 2 to 4 days a week. This will include some weekdays, and a minimum of one day per weekend, either every weekend or alternating weekends.
